At MyShortlet, our refund policy is designed to protect you, ensure transparency, and eliminate any uncertainty when securing your stay. We want every guest to feel confident knowing their money is safe and their experience is valued.
- Full Refund: Guests are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made before check-in inspection, or if the apartment does not meet the promised standard upon arrival.
- Quality Protection: If any major issue is discovered during pre-check or upon arrival, we prioritize resolving it immediately. If the issue cannot be fixed promptly, you may request a refund or relocation to an alternative apartment (if available).
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, we offer partial refunds depending on your booking type and season.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked non-refundable. This will always be communicated clearly before payment.
- Security Deposit Refund: Security deposits are returned within 24–72 hours after check-out, once a post-stay inspection confirms that no damages or violations occurred.
